to tip or not to tip...

I'm sure I talked about this subject before.. I might have even posted a guideline for it. Tipping. Have been a cocktail waitress for all of my adult life, this is something that always gets me riled up. For the record, anyone who doesn't know the real life of the service industry, I'll break it...
