You've got to be kidding me... At what point exactly are parents responsible or liable for their children's actions?? The mother allowed the 4 year old to steer the car on her lap.. and she's not responsible? She does not deserve to get off with nothing.. that's completely insane!! Mon Feb 7, 7:58...
