Earthquakes.. can they really be predicted?

So it's alittle obvious that the expected 7.0+ earthquake that was supposed to hit CA. by Sept.5th, never happened. I didn't think it was going to.. I'm alittle skeptical on the timing is all.. But I do however believe earthquakes can be predicted.. I dont know exactly how to say is the right way to... Sign in to see full entry.
