God Promises Strength
A friend of mine used this as a signature line. It's a keeper, one I could cut out and hang behind my monitor screen. God didn't promise days without pain, Laughter without sorrow, nor sun without rain, but God did promise strength for the day, comfort for the tears, and light for the way. I need God's strength right now. My uncle died yesterday morning. It was a peaceful passing.
