Is this fair politics? They are at work, they should be working!

THEY CAN'T READ THE BILLS THEY VOTE ON, BUT THEY CAN PLAY SOLITAIRE AND CHECK BALL SCORES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nothing else need to be said.
