Rare occurences
I'm not one of those girls who likes to dress up very much, if at all. About the most makeup I ever wear is a bit of mascara and eyeliner, and the only reason I wear skirts is because they're short enough to be cool and comfy in the summer without violating dress code or eliciting the third degree...
