not flesh nor spirit

Life eating life all around, everywhere... the life of the flesh destroying the life of the spirit, flesh eating dreams, earth swallowing trees and homes and people, humans cannibalizing their dreams through warfare. Life eating life. Selfishness gobbling up love, greed snatching crumbs from naked, dirty children with distended bellies. Trust eaten alive by deception and betrayal.
