I am trying to loose ten lbs in a week...NOT A GOOD IDEA...BUT I WANT it.
all I have in here only liquid food....juice, milk, tea, and may be some fruits and shakes... determine to loose weight or just get sick and skinny......mean to myself.....I shouldn't...... but I am trying the best........hey I am not going for that beauty pageant contest, but a desire of my heart...
