Dear Roan: I just read the article on Forgiveness on your site. I feel I forgave my Mother years ago for reasons that are not necessary to go into here. She refused to speak to me for over 10 years and was not too nice to me or my children prior to that. She recently contacted me, a phone call out of the blue, and even though she seemed to be on her best behavior and we had a pleasant conversation, it raised a lot of feelings for me.
