Work

I have a "team leader" at work that chooses his own shifts.. absulotley hammers us when we do something wrong and when he is "filling" in for one of us he doesnt even pick up the phone to help usa out... he use to sit with us but now he's sucluded himself in an office and dosent even pick up the...
