Poetry of my Lips I learned to speak The beauty of Greek The sumptuous taste Of the fullness of its phrase The romance in this language’s dance The rhythm of French Like songbirds in my lips Tongue twisted my wits As laughter’s gloat As I speak in my chunky throat Sprechen Sie Deutsch?
