Arsenic in my Water? Did someone say arsenic?
Several years back- 5 to be exact- I learned the hard way that the well water around here contains a certain amount of arsenic in it. The level is higher after heavy rain...so do you think I have been drinking any water lately? Seems the rocks way below the surface have a natural form of arsenic...

What! The sandwich maker is on vacation!
My son usually makes a sandwich for his father's lunch. Mind you, he does this under duress. He does this because if he doesn't, I won't let him forget about it. Quick and Easy Garlic Bread
Grab a bag of hamburger or hotdog rolls...we usually use stale ones so we don't have to toss them... GARLIC BREAD Separate the rolls, generously spread with butter, season generously with garlic salt add a dash of parsley. Heat in oven to desired crunchiness. Enjoy!
