I swear to God that I'll knock you to the ground and kill you myself!!! Believe it or not that is an actual quote I heard a parent yell across my store today..at her child who was only about 5. that when people are upset with something in a retail store they blame the sales people? I mean if it's something we directly did that is one thing.
