Good morning from a very cold Ohio. Our high is going to be in the mid-twenties today so that means any activity will be limited to inside the house. Last night the snow began to fall and the wind was blowing hard. It looks like I am going to be snowed in at Maggies for at least a day or so. Here in the great state of Ohio the traditional New Year menu consists of sauerkraut baked for hours along side a pork roast. The reason we eat this is still somewhat of a mystery to me. I do know the kraut is suppose to clean out the body so I understand the cleansing.
