What's Happened to Customer Service?
Lately, I've begun to think that most people in customer service have no clue what customer service is. What's really amazing is that they can't even seem to read. I can't even count the number of times that I've emailed a company's customer service department about something only to receive back a canned or pre-created message that doesn't address the issue I wrote to them about.
