I'm going to build in some 'quiet-just-for-me time...'
My days have been missing a very important ingredient- that quiet, 'just for me' time! No wonder I can't sleep, am stressed out, and am anxiously seeking out any seconds of peace and quiet that I can hoard in my daily life. This has to be fixed... pronto!!!!!
