The Disappearing Soap Trick

So I stepped into the shower, not noticing that the bar of soap I've been using has been whittled down to a one inch sliver. I don't feel like getting out of the shower, grabbing a towel, and running through my bedroom to the kitchen to get a new bar. I have no idea why I keep the soap in the pantry...
