I finally have energy, but not focus.

I also have ADD and/or bipolar. My moods are all over the place, but in spite of that, it is good to have energy. I've contributed a lot to the house remodel, working with six sponsees, and furnishing a new recovery house. I couldn't have done it if I didn't have energy. I don't know what...
