JUST NOW

Do not promise me forever it's to long to wait for dreams. Just live in the now this moment may not come again. We don't have time to waste in life on all the might have beens. Could it get much worse? I asked myself when the bills were late and I'd lost my job. When I was freezing in the streets without a home. As I laid a rose on my Grandfathers grave and the family went to war over their fare share. Over lovers lost and promises broke. When everyone said my dreams were a joke. I asked that question more times than I can count and every answer was the same. Every tear fell just as wet ,every moment I thought was the end and could bare no more.
