An ear plug in your right ear may be a calming strategy!
I just accidentally discovered a big blessing. Putting an ear plug in my right ear seems to partially eliminate 'negative' emotions. My scientific theory on this is that the sound hits and "convinces" the left side of the brain first. The ear plug both delays and weakens the signal to the right side of the brain. The right side of the brain has to do with the emotions. The left side of the brain is more of a calculator. When you run your mind more like a calculator, you become less like a...
