Cuba fires HAARP cannons at Miami creating greasy rain storm!

Google search "Animated Atlantic infrared image" and watch as Bush/Bp fire HAARP cannons at Florida from Guantanamo Bay. The grease in the rain is from the Bush/BP oil spill in 2010.
