Did you know that property prices in Cyprus are slowly creeping up? We have finally invested in an apartment in Paphos which cost us £42,500 Cyprus pounds. This is roughly about £50,000 in English pounds at present. Paphos is now getting expensive and our property is now worth 57,000 cyprus pounds and it's only a one bedroom apartment.
