The typical shelter has no privacy, no place to be during the day. There is no guarantee that if you stay in it one day you can stay the next. I think I should limit the shelter to a group home. I can buy a 5 or 6 bedroom house for $200, 000. If we added a smoking porch then we'd have enough space for people to sit.
