A Homeless Shelter

The typical shelter has no privacy, no place to be during the day. There is no guarantee that if you stay in it one day you can stay the next. How big should it be? A homeless shelter.

I think I should limit the shelter to a group home. I can buy a 5 or 6 bedroom house for $200, 000. If we added a smoking porch then we'd have enough space for people to sit.
