It's time to start again...having lost a few weeks of checking on Blogit,
Facebook and emails.......... Only going to chiropractor once a week instead of 3 times a week now. Have tried to cut back on pulling weed, mowing and bending so much in the flower beds and picking up heavy things. Do you know how hard it is to not USE YOUR HANDS??
