If your American you might not know what I'm talking about but if your Canadian you know(no offense Americans, I'm sure some of you know). It's hockey and the Edmonton Oilers are skating on thin ice. Yes it's true after a great year and a wonderful playoff run they have a chance of getting beat by the Carolina Hurricanes to take Lord Stanley Cup. Not that it would be a huge lose half the Carolina team is made up of Canadians. But I hope Edmonton can pull an upset and beat them, after all... Sign in to see full entry.

Our old neighbour came walking by last night. He was being nosey looking to see who moved beside me into his old place. I was outside like always with my kids and everyone elses. He stood outback peering in their window picking up the beer bottles. I laughed and told him not to bother. He informed me he needs the money and he might as well pick them up, with bloodshot eyes.
