GIVING LIFE A SECOND CHANCE for Monday, December 10, 2007

So I went to my appointment today at 10am. I was early to the hospital but took me forever to find the actual therapy area so I was a little late. Some captain was in charge of my file or whatever. She asked a bunch of questions... some seeming important, some seeming totally off the wall. She made me bend my arm in all sorts of ways and pushed and poked all around my elbow. Just went into work. Got to leave early because I have an appointment with physical therapy. So... by 11:30 I'll be on the bike with my buddy.
