Funny..I was thinking of trying to start a blog, a more commercial venture, with this guy ...just gotta work out what topics it would cover. Whenever he has done cartoons with my articles people always wanted to buy them.

You are lucky, Beachbelle. When I was in business to provide writing services (Owner/Operator of
The Write Place), I was on the lookout for artists to illustrate publications and to draw cartoons for me (I had the idea and the caption, just can't draw!). I could never find an artist in my area who wanted to work with me; they all wanted payment first, even though I had regular clients who paid, and paid well, on delivery of their projects.
