It is chilly in Pittsburgh today. John and I plan to run around in this muck this afternoon, so we can stock up on our favorite fresh vegetables and pantry items. I am buying the ingredients for lentil soup. Ina Garten has a great recipe for it. We have been members of all the same online publishing platforms. I believe that Associated Content or Wikinut is where we first became acquainted over a decade ago. I believe Associated Content changed the blog site to "The Yahoo! Contributor Network. Stay warm and enjoy your day.

I heard there's a cold-front sweeping down across the country the next days, and we are getting the coldest nights of the season now, though I also heard that we might be getting a warmer-than-normal winter. We'll see...
I wrote something for Associated Content once... I was thinking of that piece recently and could not recall the name of the place. I wonder if it still exists anywhere!

I don't have to go out today, but I might just drop off some warm beanies and a few of the emoji hats at the senior center today - I need to stop by Walgreen's and renew a prescription - down to only a few day's worth of it. Their computer used to call and remind me to pick up my meds, but seems to have gone offline. Maybe I accidentally blocked it, thinking it was one of those irritating robo-callers.
