Lo Helen I wondered what sort of compost is available we cannot get [peat any longer and some of the stuff is dire, seeds seem to struggle to germinate. I wonder you do not plant some Dahlia corms if covered over with a mulch in winter they will last for years.🌺🌺

Yes some we would not trust to build a dogs kennel. Land passed for building here floods regularly . We are on an old stone quarry so the land drains quickly> 🌺

I love this community of writers. It is important to be honest about how we feel about different subjects. For years, the U.S. has been entangled in how to handle the great influx of immigrants. Common sense and kindness seem to be a thing of the past. The answer lies in all parties working together to find a win-win solution. Most problems linger when we play the blame game.

In and around Pittsburgh, we have been bombarded with immigrants from Ukraine and Haiti. It is so bad that they are setting up camps under the bridges in the city. This world needs some serious changes.

Good Afternoon
So many times I think to myself I wonder who is in charge and I think this is one of those cases. We had a shopping center built here and they put it on a garbage dump. They forgot about methane gas and now the whole place is closed down. I question their thinking when things like this happen.

I got your comment yesterday dear friend. I mostly stay home about all I ever do is groceries with Jim and breakfast somewhere, a dr occasionally, and the theater sometimes,but not often. saves on clothes and energy.it looks lovely outside i may go out and plant some of me seedlings into big pots.
