School curriculum was designed to educate students enough become one of the many as employees not as entrepreneurs. Once women moved into the profession it was "cheapened" much like any occupation that women entered that were once upon a time male dominated.

Wow, a brilliant read not one to enjoy but to accept what is the basic wrong here.; or one of the wrongs. Children also need discipline and I don't mean harsh punishment but they need to learn right from wrong and not to keep the weak that way their whole life. Humans at every level of society have a right to dignity in their lives. A home of some sort over their heads and the ability to pay it off. Remember when we were young. Everyone to have a house and a car and a job that would pay enough to provide that! Decent schooling and are technical colleges still around where youngsters can learn a trade?

Lots of children here are not schooled adequately. Although I guess they are more difficult to manage. Home teaching seems to be catching on, I suppose it depends on the intelligence.
