I think probably the best way is to cry it out. It has to be a deep kind of cry
Just like when was very young it is then that one feels certain chemicals that soothe.

I have a running Vella project on grief. Most are only 650-800 words, but they are well-visited. You can see them here.

Interesting. something new to learn. I am very slow at getting over the worst of grief. It took me years to even cry for my parents and have cried once for Wiley but he is so close to me, I feel i can almost reach out and touch him.
