Well you should be up and running with all those vitamins. We always filter our water. It is quite good I don't know how it is in some places we used to bathe in the rivers once but they are not very nice now . Keep smiling. 🎉🎉

Pat I will explain Archie is not related but he has gradually risen from being the scullery boy to thinking he is head Butler .He lives quite near and with the help of his wife runs a small stall profits from which are suppose to go to charity. David is my Brother an ex Dr of Philosophy, he lives near but uses my house 95percent of the time. They both try to tell me what to do without much success. Some chocolate is supposed to be as good as Olive oil. Yippee.

We've been getting warmer winter weather. So far, February has been way different than last month, which was bitter cold.

Sounds like you are into a typical English winter which makes me glad. We have to cope with some cold cold weather so stay inside and read a book and be a good Boy!!

I do have a red nose day occasionally - it also runs, and for some reason if I nibble a bite of chocolate there will be a tremendous series of sneezes. But if it's the right chocolate, worth the aggro. Of course Archie is your brother. - I think you mis-typed a hint that he was not. Nobody but a brother would worry you, boss you around like he does, or make you worry. I hope you, Archie, and your kitty cats find prosperity and good health as spring arrives.

Good Morning
I hope you are having a good day. I'm so glad that Archie is doing okay. When I read your post about the cats I couldn't help but be thankful we don't have any stray cats in our neighborhood. It would mean I would have all the cats. I'd be feeding them and giving them treats and they'd be here forever. I'd be giving them vitamins and I would worry about them. The neighbors would call me Cat Lady. I'm allergic to cats but I know these cats would be outside. I'd be buying milk by the gallons. I don't think Sadie would like it and who knows what my neighbors would think. I hope you are drinking your tea and putting lemon in it. It's always good to stay hydrated. I've started drinking Power Beets powder in my filtered water. They say it's good for us but I'm not sure I just thought I'd try it. It is delicious. I'm also drinking my Brita filtered water and taking my collagen. I appear to be on some sort of health kick at this point. I always take my vitamins. It's been a long winter.
