Much better than being dinner. I love Raccoons dearly and would never harm one. There is a pub/restaurant just out of town here where they feed the Raccoons and one can sit and eat and enjoy watching them.

That is neat how they took the raccoon in as a pet.
My maternal grandfather, however, was a raccoon hunter. His workshop was filled with raccoon hides.
