I've been reading back through your posts to when your previous landlord gave you notice to move on. It seems that it was one of those karmic events that led you to a better home. It's so much work but so much fun to set up a new home!

Enjoy your day but also enjoy just sitting and sipping another coffee between jobs. We have the renovations happening in the bedroom as they enlarge it and put two new walk in 'robes side by side.They don't seem to be making too much mess either.
