What a nice memory. Sounds like your weather is very pleasant comparatively. I remember living in snow country as a kid and wondering why we couldn't go outside to play. We had snowsuits... Occasionally we did get to go outside in winter and it was great fun.

I adored the icicles on the trees in Canada but then I hardly went outside all winter. Just to do the shopping etc. and eventually we paid the kid next doors to clear the snow from the drive. I loved it all but always said a prayer of thanks that I didn't bring my kids up in Canada. here it says 50F but clouded low and moist.

I remember 1950 we had ice on trees and snow chains. Some USA soldiers and wives were
snowballing and told me they had not seen snow like this before.🌺

Good afternoon
Ice on branches is dangerous for sure. Your post reminded me of a movie that I watched a few nights ago on Tubi, starring John Travolta. It was based on true-life facts regarding the job of a lineman. Life on the Line touches on weather issues. It will bring you to tears. https://www.imdb.com/title/tt3727202/

Good Morning
Pat, as you know I live in Cleveland and there's no telling what might come our way when it comes to our weather patterns. Â
