Try it, hope it takes away some of your ailments you keep suffering from. But be careful it doesn’t give you any jerk; slowly and gradually it’ll start benefiting you quite a lot. I was able to overcome almost all my knee joint and leg ailments after a bad accident practising  yoga techniques. Better will be if you have someone to train you. 💥🌈⭐️

I will read this more thoroughly later when I have more time but my one daughter practices yoga regularly. She loves it.

I know it’s not easy and it takes time to get acclimatized to the process. Slowly, and by and by, one gets trained after a few months. Later on it does great good😊 to the entire bodily health both internally and externally ❤️

Unfortunately I am no good at meditation. I get all worked up and have to go and be physically sick. I have talked about it to experts who say something in me just won't or can't be still be silent and let God work on my mind.

I really do not think I could hack it. Probably fall asleep before getting attuned

to what is a wonderful process. I do in moments of  thought try to look beyond

the universe or try to imagine how everything goes on forever. You do write so

deeply. Be happy.
