To those for whom death is a stranger and something to be feared, the thought of dying is a nightmare. For those who have witnessed a peaceful, calm passing, death can be a happy event. While this story isn't complete YET, I am about an hour from making it so. Your comment makes me know that you will love the ending.

Very touching...
....I haven't read this book all the way through, but this chapter certainly reminds me of all the night shifts I have worked with patients who have passed away in my presence. Very tender and touching and "as it is".
