Good morning
It's great that you have old land that has been handed down through the generations. Real estate is extremely out of control in so many places in the world. Watching the HGTV channel, I am always blown away by the amount of people who are looking to buy million-dollar homes. I just cannot imagine spending that much.

Real Estate is very expensive. That is why we are staying put right where we are. We have 4 acres and it's a beautiful property. That is why I've been busy fixing it up.

Inflation....I will never understand inflation or why it has to occur. if I was in charge of the World the priveleged would treat all people less fortunate better, and would pay back most of the money they really don't need; it would go first to the very poor and on upwards in smaller amounts to equal life for all.
