I find it easier to write and fill in the blanks of a story in progress if I can stick to a time frame, a routine. Maybe it's my brain's preferred schedule and I only think it was my decision. But whatever works for you Big V! Here's hoping the sleep study brings helpful insights.

filling the dishwasher and then emptying it when it is ready and writing my post and reading my friends here are two jobs I must do each day. I must have some discipline in my life.
