Good Morning

I was thinking that not only are our products getting smaller but they are costing more and that feels like we are being cheated.

Good Morning

Sea Gypsy, I just saw this post and it is so true.  It seems to me they should notify us when they are changing products to smaller sizes but now we have to check everything for ourselves.  I hope you have a good day.

Yes its very frustrating everything has got smaller. I suppose it is thought one less

in a bag of goodies will not be noticed and the next year the same process happens.

Now if we could all shrink at the same rate it might be more acceptable.🌺

Good morning

You are right. It is frustrating. Snack cakes, candy bars, and packaged foods have been sized down considerably, and the prices have been jacked up. I have been told that candy bars looked bigger when I was a kid because I had smaller hands back then. The shrinkage really is out of control.

I could see where it is frustrating. For instance, a bag of chips or times can only be half full.

Re: adnohr

Malarkey, as my mom would say as well. Those "double rolls" are also shorter across than before so you are still getting less - and paying more. Those two ounces of chocolate chips that were shorted amounted to a quarter cup. It's everything. The mayo is even thinner. The cheese sticks are shorter. Its EVERYTHING!

Re: Annicita

The TP is my daughter's pet peeve. Now it is one of mine. Costco Charmin is the closest to normal size as I've seen.

Yep -  had the same problem for Christmas cooking last year. Found that just one package of any item in the menu now needed 1 1/4 at least! Much like their "double" rolls of toilet paper which are the same size as what used to be single rolls. Malarkey, as my grandma would say.

It's been happening in all products. Especially TP.
