Re: Good afternoon

I ordered Ski outfits for my grandkids from Australia one year and worried that they wouldn’t arrive in time for Christmas. It was close. This was Lamps Plus doing the ordering. They let us track it. Might as well have been a Santa Tracking at NORAD.🤣

Re:

We don’t get sun in all of the spots in the front so we need sone regular lamps and we use solar bulbs where we can. The back is all solar bulbs and the walkway.

Re:

You have a great story there, Kabu! And so great to have a bit of play money to shop! How fun is that? Way to go!

Re: Ciel - Thank you.

So much in Navajo Country is lacking and in many Native areas that it breaks my heart. Unfortunately, the lights are not solar because of the way our house sits on the lot. The back of the house is all solar however. What we do is use Dusk to Dawn lightbulbs in most of the front. The lamp did arrive. Now waiting for a call-back from the electrician. We had one who installed our inside lights wrong - and another electrician caught the error. Could have been bad.

If those are solar lights, they might, in fact, be very useful in Navajo country which is notoriously poorly supplied with electricity.

I have a good story. I have an account with some 'me' money in it in Canada still. A very small investment pays me a small amount each month. Anyway to buy something online I like, I often use that account. There is money goes out of it then money goes back into it and some goes out and about two weeks after that my parcel arrives.

Good afternoon

I order from Amazon weekly. I always try to make sure that I never order anything from overseas since it takes months to arrive. Ordering from within the U.S. can also be problematic when the shipper is sleeping on the job. Once shipped, tracking much-needed packages can really be annoying. I have never understood their method of travel from point A to point B, especially when they seem to go in circles. Ugh! This is the world that we live in.

I do use solar lights, It is amazing once things fall out of the system

It is a job to suss them again from the Mother Ship.

The last lantern is probably singing the Johnny Cash song, "I've Been Everywhere."

I recently had a rewards check due to me from Capital One. I redeemed the rewards on August 11th. It didn't come, so I had another one issued. I received that one on Monday. The check from the |August finally showed up today.

I guess light doesn't travel at speed when it's in the

supply chain. But the story is interesting. I hope it's all won and done before the darkness gets to be a problem.
