Well I have put off buying a stairlift for the simple reason, well that as well.
The other is once one acquires one it means one will never bother to climb the stairs
and it is the only exercise one has on cold, or wet days. Torture keeps one mobile
of course you could buy a rack. Sorry not being able to come over it has been so
tiring and watering has taken up so much time. I have to talk to my S.I.L as she is
housebound. Life's like that. Be happy.

Good afternoon
Ugh! Grocery shopping is the absolute worst chore of them all, but at least you know that you will not go hungry for quite some time. A chairlift is a great idea if steps are a problem. This was one of the many considerations during our search to buy a home. Little to no steps were at the top of the list. Our house that we just bought only has three small steps to walk up from the car to the door. As for the rain, I wish that would get somewhere as well.

Perhaps you could find a place to install a dumbwaiter (mini elevator)
instead of a chairlift. It would probably be less expensive. But hauling the groceries in after a shopping trip seems to be more tiring to me than hauling them in the shopping cart from the checkout to the car. Hope your day brings a nice gentle rain and some blessed cool.
