Maybe get one of those walkers that has a seat so you can sit for a minute or two to catch your breath. My friend has one and it helps her get around much more than normal.

Good morning
Our grandkids keep us hopping with shopping requests at the mall and other outings. John and I are finding it harder to keep up with them lately. Getting old is rough, but it beats the alternative.

Oh, yes, I would try to stay on your feet at the grocery store. It might be fun, though, to see how fast they go.

The Circles of life continue...Big Sis is 81 and has already lived longer than Mother and Dad. it goes so quick.
