We were sitting in the shade of a giant oak tree near a small lake, tossing the occasional pebble into the water and kissing

We sat in a giant oak tree's shade near a small lake. We tossed the occasional pebble into the lake watching the ripples spread and kissed.

To some, I know it sounds weird, but then again, it worked for us for over forty years.

It might sound wierd to some, but it worked of over forty years for us.

I waited for her to speak as we were watching a flock of ducks that were swimming close to the shore of the lake.

Somewhere during that night, emotions led to kissing, which led to passions flaring, and without ever any planning,
