I hope you have a great day and the contractor is helpful and not too expensive. We had one here yesterday re the master bathroom /bedroom. He was quite impressive but we will see.

Good afternoon
That is great that you found a good landscaper. You have quite a bit going on right now, so good help makes the process so much easier. I love making breakfast for dinner. Our favorite is sausage patties, home fries, and fluffy scrambled eggs with butted toast points. I also make breakfast bowls and Belgian waffles on occasion. Spaghetti sounds good too. I made some last week with meatballs. For our dinner today, I am making John a steak and a baked potato topped with broccoli and melted cheese. I am having our leftover enchiladas. Have a great day!

I hope you find the tile you like...I like the big square tiles with a little bit of color to make the floor pop.
