Sherri, I got up this morning and washed my hair and conditioned it and it looks a lot better than it did. Now I've got to take some hair vitamins. I'm going to do some research and see which ones are best for hair.

Pat, I've always kept up with my routine exams. When I had my yearly exam a couple weeks ago I was pleased with the results. I was surprised though because I had such a long bout with Covid.

I had read that Covid can cause hair loss, or hair to get extremely dry. Maybe the dryness is what causes the long split ends? I thought of you today when I was making cabbage rolls in a pan, and was wondering if you had ever prepared that for your family, who seem to really enjoy your meals.

I once heard that our hair is telling of our health. That's great that your hair is long enough to get three inches taken off. I have long hair, but nowhere near as long as yours. Not a bad dayhere...you remind me I am supposed to book myself for a Mammogram soon. I only have one breast and I think she is fine but I better get her checked I suppose.

I don't need to mention it could save your life one day. I didn't know that about split ends, either, what a sneaky disease Covid is. Silly me, when Jonas Salk came up with a cure for polio I thought all our fears of contagious diseases were over.

FSI, I'm not sure how it all happens but I know during the time I was so sick I didn't eat much. It could be nutrition but I have no idea what happens.

I never thought of there being a correlation between split ends and having COVID. There must be something more to it.
