Hi, when the day is bright & sunny you can get so much done 🌞

Yes property prices are high everywhere...to make a decent house one spends all savings and might even take loan.

Good Morning

Houses are very expensive here too.  I'm not sure how people can afford to buy new homes.  We have a store in town that is selling eggs for $10.99 a dozen.  It is absolutely ridiculous.  I just can't believe it.  I hope that you have a good day.  Stay warm.  I'm glad Archie has more pallets to work with.

Bird flu has been a big problem in my area. One of our car club customers is a customer who signed up to wash off their vehicle so as to affect the chickens on the farm.

Good morning

That's quite a bit of money for one house but people are paying it. Real estate prices are through the roof just about everywhere you look. The demand for housing in the U.S. has escalated due to the rise in migrants entering the country.

Re: Taps

Perhaps the geese are wise to hang around if the bird flu is active.

I hope you are feeling O.K. It is nice to think you are. It has been a toughy.

Not allowed to keep chickens outside at this time, so we are importing eggs from Poland. Yes I feed a little robin but I try not to touch anything.

Oh, and about the bird flu... The tv newsfolk are blaming the higher price

of eggs on bird flu - saying wild birds passed it on to domestic chickens. Nobody mentions the overcrowding of commercial chicken ranches. A couple days ago I watched a flock of sparrows, a few robins and some starlings at various times in my yard. I really enjoy seeing them, but it did cross my mind they could be leaving flu germs behind. I hope the rain washed away that possibility.

It sounds lovely there, housing is costing a lot more everywhere, I think.

Malls, the places where young people like to meet seem to be a dying breed and strip malls only have drs, dentists, fast food and not much else. I have given up buying on line though because never before i came here, but 3 times now someone has tried to hack into my account and I have had to put stop on my card. Well, it stops me shopping for things i don't need.

Beautiful sunshine here today also, so I got my trash bags and took them out to the dumpsters.  If there had been one of the summer chairs out, I would have sat in the sun for a while.  Tomorrow is supposed to be cloudy again.  I'm seeing a lot of Canada geese flying and honking these days going from one area to another.  They don't know where Canada is because they were born here.  In the spring there are a lot of baby ones around the little lakes.
