I do understand how you feel. Not so much the medicines because even at home I am pretty flexible when I take them but I do need to sleep and rest for days. I feel really unwell actually; I think I won't ever get back to Australia...but one never knows.

I gave up traveling sometime back. I'm just happy to be at home and enjoy when family come to visit me.

Maybe part of the "meh" is that letdown we get after our happy visit
is over. Hope you feel better after a nice cup of tea and a listen to some good music.
