Good Afternoon
We've been planning our New Year's meal. Roy wants ribs and I want sauerkraut so we've decided that will be our meal. I will make dumplings too. We never really celebrate New Year's Day except for the meal we prepare.

I will probably try and do a little bit outside if the forecast is wrong. Archie wanted me to help prune the trees, but I politely refused.

Mostly trying to keep warm. LOL. But, on New Years Day the CHIEFS last home football game is starting at noon and it is time for us to do Phil's most favorite meal--pizza of several kinds and a lot of it. I will definitely not be making them from scratch though. That's too much trouble.

being very quiet. We didn't eat at home so no real left overs but plenty of chocolate!!! We had a glass of wine last night to toast the day but Jim is diabetic and it leaves him with cramps and in a grumpy mood. He will sleep most of the day today and be fine.

I'm probably spending this week tucked in, due to extreme cold
and new batches of wind-driven snow. Fortunately there are leftovers.
