I don't understand why everyone makes such a big deal of getting upset when someone says happy holidays. There are other holidays to celebrate: thanksgiving, hannukah, christmas, new year, kwanzaa and I think muslims holidays vary since they use a different calendar for calculating .

I think we can go too far with "social correctness" at times. Some
of us get to a point where we are too easily offended by the ordinary give and take and insignificant cultural habits that - if we can smile and be a bit giving, if we can keep our sense of humor, it all works better. Merry Christmas, I hope your holidays are happy.

I'm a Merry Christmas kind of guy myself, although with customers, I let them guide that.
